Before joining in January 2023, Chip was the #1 Agent from his inaugural year until his departure at a local boutique real estate company on 30A. As the top agent, Chip is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and has a reputation for white-glove customer service. He is also known for his family-style treatment of all of his clients, including clients into his adventures on the PGA Tour, Wine Country, and, of course, golfing together all over the United States.
With years of experience in Hospitality and as a PGA Golf Professional, it is a natural fit for him to assist families in real estate on the Emerald Coast. Chip and his family have deep roots on 30A and have been vacationing, owning, and developing real estate here since 1981. He has earned a reputation as an expert in the local market, with an in-depth understanding of all the factors that drive real estate prices and trends. His clients appreciate his honesty, integrity, and tireless work ethic; many of whom have become repeat clients and lifelong family friends.
Chip and his wife Julie moved to 30A in 2016 and are very active in the community. Despite a busy and demanding schedule, Chip and Julie make time to enjoy all things local, such as beach time, paddleboarding, biking, riding up and down 30A, enjoying each community, and, of course, golfing.
